Level 1: RMT and Primitive Reflexes (2 days)
Level One is a comprehensive introduction to BRMT. Throughout the course, students will learn how to test for active reflexes as well as integrate them. We will learn about the brain stem, cerebellum, and basal ganglia. This course will focus on how active reflexes are related to ADD/ADHD and reading abilities.
Level 2: RMT, the Limbic System, Emotions, and Inner Healing (2 days)
Level Two is a mid-level BRMT course that focuses on how active reflexes affect our mood and cognition. We will discuss the role of the limbic system in emotional regulation and stress, as well as how BRMT can be used to help children with autism. Reflex development is closely linked with our experience of our body and emotions, and this course explains how the simple BRMT movements can transform emotional well-being.
Exceptional Children (part 1 & 2) 2 days each
A comprehensive introduction to BRMT. Throughout this course, students will learn how to test the active reflexes as well as integrate them. We will learn about the brain stem, cerebellum and basal ganglia. This course is focused on our children with special needs.
**Note: BRMT courses were accepted by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy and the Alaska Board of Physical Therapy for continuing education credits. NY State Board of Profession for PT pending.
Brain Gym 101 - Focus on the Classroom - 3 days
(can be consecutive or split over time)
Discover the concepts of hemispheric specialization, identification, and balancing to facilitate whole-brain learning. Open to those who have completed Brain Gym 101.
Optimal Brain Organization (OBO) - 2 days
Can be done consecutively or done over time.
Experience whole-brain integration through whole body movement. Learn the 26 foundational brain-gym movements, Edu-K's 5 steps to easy learning, and Dennison Laterality Repatterning, as you discover an exciting tool for reaching personal goals, such as reading and writing
Double Doodle Play - 1 day course
Using a variety of art media, explore how to use Double Doodle and other activities of Brain Gym® and Vision Gym® to enhance visual perception and artistic expression. Participants experience the relationship between visual skills, hand-eye coordination, and creativity and are also shown some simple ways to use the Double Doodle processes with learners of any age. Open to all learners.

*For scheduling convenience, days can be split into half days, so 2 full days can equal 4 half days or 1 full and 2 half days.
