Level 1: RMT and Primitive Reflexes (2 days)
Level One is a comprehensive introduction to BRMT. Throughout the course, students will learn how to test for active reflexes as well as integrate them. We will learn about the brain stem, cerebellum, and basal ganglia. This course will focus on how active reflexes are related to ADD/ADHD and reading abilities.
Level 2: RMT, the Limbic System, Emotions, and Inner Healing (2 days)
Level Two is a mid-level BRMT course that focuses on how active reflexes affect our mood and cognition. We will discuss the role of the limbic system in emotional regulation and stress, as well as how BRMT can be used to help children with autism. Reflex development is closely linked with our experience of our body and emotions, and this course explains how the simple BRMT movements can transform emotional well-being.
Exceptional Children (part 1 & 2) 2 days each
A comprehensive introduction to BRMT. Throughout this course, students will learn how to test the active reflexes as well as integrate them. We will learn about the brain stem, cerebellum and basal ganglia. This course is focused on our children with special needs.
**Note: BRMT courses were accepted by the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy and the Alaska Board of Physical Therapy for continuing education credits. and the NY State Board of Profession for PT.
